The mind of a chef requires a proper unpacking. I sit down with six of the Philippines' top chefs to talk about their obsessions, ambitions, and what keeps them up at night.
Formerly the Features Editor of GRID Magazine, Nina cries every time she leaves a place and then questions her decision to be a travel writer. Her favorite stories have involved hand-tapped tattoos, surviving in the jungle, and accidents of her own making. GRID finally got rid of her when she left—crying, probably—to study under the Erasmus Mundus Journalism batch of 2018-2019. They still forget to lock her out of the office. She also writes for Esquire Philippines.
Currently based in London, completing a specialization in Finance Journalism at City University London
